How Much Will My Visit Cost?

Service prices vary depending on what work is done. Although we cannot diagnose over the phone, we can give a rough estimate based on the current fee guide.

Do You Provide Direct Billing?

Yes, we do provide direct billing.  We offer what is called assignment.  Assignment means that the insurance company can pay us rather than reimburse the patient at a later date.  We do require a credit card on file to facilitate this service. We would never use your credit card without explicit permission from you.
